We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete intake forms and consents.
If provided electronically, you may complete documents in advance.
Booking fees are required to secure any appointment.
Fees apply to treatment costs or product purchases and protect against late cancellations and no-shows.
You must cancel or modify your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your booking fee.
Cancellations or modifications less than 48 hours prior to the appointment—and no-shows—will result in loss of the booking fee.
We can schedule recurring appointments upon request (based on availability).
Standing appointments follow the Cancellation Policy.
Two (2) consecutive no-shows or late cancellations may lead us to cancel future standing appointments.
If running late, please call us so we can attempt to accommodate your full treatment time.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule to avoid inconveniencing other patients.
Unopened/undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for in-office credit only.
We do not provide cash or credit card refunds on products.
We do not provide refunds on services rendered, even if you are unsatisfied with the outcome.
Individual results vary based on several factors (e.g., skin type, aftercare, number of treatments).
Pricing, services, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Rewards programs or gift cards (where applicable) may be used, but these are governed by their own terms.
We respect requests for specific providers but cannot guarantee availability due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.
We value you as a patient; however, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.
You must be 18 years or older to receive medical treatments unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times in our facility.
We accept major credit cards, cash, and, when available, third-party financing.
Please mention any gift cards, coupons, or special promotions at the time of booking.
Our treatments are generally elective and not covered by insurance. Payment is fully the patient’s responsibility.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refunds and cannot be used for gratuities.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards.
Our rates do not include gratuity. Tipping is appreciated and at the patient’s discretion.
We provide on-site or street parking for your convenience. Call us if you need assistance locating our facility.
We aim for full disclosure about treatments, benefits, and risks. If you have any questions, please contact us at any time.
